LINEAR TECHNOLOGY LT3500 说明书

LT3500是一款monolithic 2A step-down regulator plus linear regulator/controller，它具有wide input range：3V to 40V，能够适用于多种不同的电源，包括automotive batteries，24V industrial supplies和unregulated wall adapters。该器件还具有resistor-programmable 250kHz to 2.2MHz frequency range和synchronization capability，能够在effi ciency和external component size之间进行优化。另外，cycle- by-cycle current limit，frequency foldback和thermal shutdown能提供shorted output的保护。soft-start feature能够控制output voltage的ramp rate，消除start-up时的input current surge，还能提供output tracking。LT3500还包含一个内部NPN transistor，该transistor带feedback control，可配置为linear regulator或linear regulator controller。LT3500的low current shutdown mode（<12μA）能够在battery-powered systems中实现easy power management。
