本应用笔记使用Agilent ZORBAX RRHD柱与UHPLC/MS比较了Morphine的HILIC和RPLC。两种方法都使用乙腈/氨基醋酸盐缓冲液进行等度洗脱。结果表明，HILIC模式可以通过在ESI-MS源中更有效地喷雾和脱溶来实现更灵敏的MS检测，因为使用了挥发性乙腈富集的流动相。
